Wood pellet production line at Vietnamese biomass mill
For Vietnamese Mills

Are you a pellet mill ready for EU, Japan, and Korea buyers?

We bring qualified industrial buyers — utilities, traders, co-firing operators — directly to vetted Vietnamese mills. If your product meets EN-Plus, FSC, or industrial-grade spec, let's talk.

Why Partner With Us

What you get from joining the network

We are not Alibaba. We are not a marketplace. We are a small sourcing operation that brings real, qualified buyers — and stays involved through QC and shipment.

01

Pre-qualified buyers only

Every inquiry we forward is from a real industrial buyer with a clear spec, defined volume, and confirmed budget. No tire-kickers, no LCL-pallet retail orders.

02

You stay the named supplier

The mill is named in the contract. We earn a sourcing fee from the buyer side or a transparent margin — no shadow re-export, no relabeling.

03

Repeat orders, not one-shots

Our buyers are utilities and traders running multi-year procurement. A good first container often turns into 12–24 month supply contracts.

What We Look For

Mill criteria for joining the supply network

We don't onboard every mill that contacts us. The buyers we work with expect specific certification and spec consistency — these are the baselines.

Production capacity

  • Minimum 1,500 MT/month consistent output capacity
  • Stable feedstock (acacia, rubberwood, sawmill residue)
  • At least 12 months operating history

Product spec

  • Calorific value ≥ 4,800 kcal/kg (≥ 18 MJ/kg)
  • Moisture ≤ 10%, sulphur ≤ 0.05%
  • Industrial grade ash ≤ 3%, A1 grade ash ≤ 0.7%
  • Consistency across batches — not occasional best-case samples

Certification (one or more)

  • EN-Plus A1 / A2 / B
  • FSC Chain-of-Custody
  • ISO 9001 quality management
  • SBP certification (preferred for EU buyers)

Operational readiness

  • Export experience or willingness to handle FOB shipments
  • English-capable export sales contact
  • Open to third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS / Intertek / Vinacontrol)
  • Standard payment terms: 30% T/T deposit + 70% against B/L copy
Onboarding Process

How a mill joins the network

We take this seriously because our buyers do. Onboarding takes 2–4 weeks before any inquiry is forwarded.

Submit profile

Send capacity, certifications, sample lab reports, factory photos, and references. Basic vetting starts here.

Site visit & audit

We visit the mill in person — production line, storage, loading capability. No remote-only onboarding.

Spec verification

Pellet sample sent to independent lab. Calorific, ash, moisture, sulphur tested against your declared spec.

Network activation

Once verified, you're matched against active buyer briefs. First trial container managed end-to-end with us.

Be Honest With Us

What works, and what doesn't

We've turned down dozens of mill applications. Here's the pattern of who fits and who doesn't — read this before applying.

This works for us

  • Mills with 2,000+ MT/month and stable feedstock contracts
  • EN-Plus or FSC certified, or actively pursuing certification
  • Honest about spec — willing to fail one batch and learn
  • Open to long-term buyer relationships, not container flipping
  • English-capable sales staff or willing to communicate in writing
  • Fair pricing — not the cheapest, but consistent

This doesn't fit

  • Trading companies repackaging from other mills (we want producers)
  • Mills under 1,000 MT/month — too small for industrial buyers
  • Inconsistent spec — "this batch is 4,800, next batch is 4,200"
  • Refusing third-party inspection or sample testing
  • Demanding 100% upfront payment from new buyers
  • One-and-done mentality — chasing the highest price per container
FAQ

Common questions from mills

Is there a fee to join the network?
No upfront fee. We earn from a sourcing fee paid by the buyer or a transparent margin built into FOB pricing — disclosed in our agreement with you. If we don't bring you a deal, you pay nothing.
Will you tell buyers our mill name?
Yes — buyers see your mill name in the contract. We do not white-label or hide producers. Our model depends on direct buyer-mill accountability for QC.
Can we work with you exclusively or non-exclusively?
Non-exclusive by default — you keep selling through your own channels. We only ask that for buyers we introduce, you don't bypass us on follow-up orders within a defined period (typically 24 months).
What if our certification is in progress, not yet issued?
We can shortlist you for industrial-grade buyers (less certification-sensitive) while you complete EN-Plus or FSC. For premium A1 buyers we wait until certification is issued.
How long until our first order?
Onboarding takes 2–4 weeks. After that, depends on buyer briefs matching your spec. Typical first trial container: 1–3 months from network activation. Some mills wait longer if their spec is niche.
We're a trading company, not a mill — can we still apply?
Generally no — our buyers want direct mill relationships for QC accountability. Exceptions are made for trading companies with exclusive offtake agreements from a specific mill, where the supply chain is transparent.
